• Advertising budgets are separate from our professional service fees unless specifically stated.
• We do not control advertising platform policies, approvals, suspensions, or algorithm changes.
• Campaign performance depends on numerous external factors, including competition, market conditions, targeting, audience behavior, and platform algorithms.

SEO involves ongoing optimization and is influenced by search engine algorithms. Accordingly:

• We do not guarantee first-page rankings.
• We do not guarantee a specific keyword position.

Search engine rankings may fluctuate over time. We undertake to provide services using commercially reasonable industry practices.

10. Lead Generation Services

• The client is responsible for reviewing deliverables before approval.

• Website launch is subject to client approval and receipt of outstanding payments.

12. Intellectual Property

• Beeq Media Labs retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, templates, software, tools, code libraries, documentation, and internal processes.
• Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed rights to the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement.
• Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.

Clients warrant that all materials provided to us are legally owned or licensed, do not infringe intellectual property rights, do not violate applicable laws, and do not contain defamatory, unlawful, or prohibited content.

The client agrees to indemnify Beeq Media Labs against claims arising from materials supplied by the client.

14. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information obtained during the business relationship secure and not disclose it except where required by law or with prior written consent.

Our services may involve third-party providers, including hosting companies, payment gateways, cloud providers, advertising platforms, analytics providers, and software vendors. We are not responsible for:
