• The assigned project or specific service line has not been started yet.
• No strategic planning, market research, design, campaign setup, consultation, content creation, code development, or internal account configuration has commenced.
• A clear written cancellation request is officially received before any work begins.

4. Partial Refund Policy

If work has already commenced, you may be eligible for a partial refund evaluated upon:

• The scope and milestones of the project already completed.
• Total billable hours invested by our strategic, creative, or engineering teams.
• Competitive research, brand strategy documents, or technical blueprints finalized.
• Third-party costs, non-recoverable licenses, hosting setups, or platform allocation expenses already incurred.

Any granted refund will be calculated after deducting the fair value of services performed and non-recoverable out-of-pocket overheads. Beeq Media Labs will provide a transparent itemized explanation of deductions.

5. No Refund After Service Delivery

Once the agreed service lines or digital deliverables have been completed or substantially delivered into your control, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

This strictly covers live ad campaigns (Google, Meta, Amazon), delivered website source files, completed SEO configurations, custom audits, final branding guides, or any individual roadmap milestone previously signed off and accepted by the client.

Clients may request service cancellation at any point by submitting a formal written notice to: support@beeqmedialabs.com. If cancellation occurs after work has broken ground, the project state will be evaluated to determine whether a partial refund applies under Section 4.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service engagements immediately if project prerequisites are withheld, invoices remain past due, compliance or platform policy violations are requested, or abusive conduct occurs toward our team members.

• Invoice Number & Date of Payment.

10. Refund Review Process

Each application is investigated individually by our financial compliance desk. We consult internal work logs, signed Statements of Work (SoW), timestamped deliverables, and developer infrastructure allocations. We aim to return an official written decision within 7 to 10 business days from receipt of all data points.

11. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back directly to the original source bank account or gateway method used during booking. While our finance team releases funds promptly, external banking clearing windows and intermediary clearing networks are out of our direct operational control.

We strongly encourage clients to reach out directly to resolve any invoice disputes amicably. Initiating fraudulent or unannounced chargebacks without prior consultation may result in immediate revocation of software licenses, termination of active live campaigns, and legal recovery steps.

13. Limitation of Refunds

Total refund liabilities can never exceed the specific net professional fee amounts actually paid directly into the bank accounts of Beeq Media Labs for the particular service module under review. We accept no liability for collateral business losses, missed opportunity parameters, or algorithmic performance shifts.

Beeq Media Labs may update this policy matrix dynamically to align with new service structures or banking rules. Revisions go into effect immediately upon site publication. Continued platform utilization implies consent to the active framework.
